01
We're in public beta
Traceback is currently in public beta. The product works and people are using it every day, but it isn't finished. We're shipping the rest of the platform throughout May.
We'd rather tell you that up front than have you find out by hitting a wall. If something feels half-built, it's because parts of it are.
02
Features are still rolling out
Several capabilities described on the marketing site, in our docs, and in demos are still being shipped. They're rolling out throughout May, and we'll move things from "coming soon" to "live" as they go out.
We aren't committing to a specific order or release schedule. Priorities shift as we learn which gaps are blocking real teams, so we ship what unblocks the most people next. Nothing described publicly is being quietly dropped. If something you're expecting isn't there yet, it's coming inside this window.
03
Expect bugs and rough edges
Beta means beta. You will hit bugs, awkward UI states, slow loads, occasional broken flows, and the kind of nonsense that only gets ironed out by people actually using the thing.
We're moving fast and prioritizing fixes daily, but we are not promising perfection during this period. If you need something that already works flawlessly end-to-end, the safer move is to wait until beta wraps before onboarding your whole team.
04
Billing and refunds during beta
Beta plans are billed at our published rates. Because the product is still being completed and you're coming in at this stage with full knowledge of the state, beta usage is not refundable. That covers missing features, bugs, downtime, and any changes we make to the product before general availability.
To make it worth being early, every paid plan gets a grant of extra credits added to the account during beta. The size of the grant scales with your plan.
If you're not sure whether to commit yet, wait until beta wraps, or write to us first at hello@traceback.cc and we'll help you figure out whether now is the right time.
05
Uptime, data, and what we recommend
We don't guarantee uptime during beta. The service may go down, slow down, or behave inconsistently while we ship. We'll be transparent when it happens.
We won't intentionally lose your data, but we also can't promise zero data loss while we're iterating quickly. Don't run production-critical workflows that you can't recreate through Traceback yet. Use it for QA and exploration, and keep your own backups of anything you can't afford to lose.
06
We may change things
Pricing, plan limits, feature scope, defaults, and the look and feel of the product can all change before general availability. We'll communicate material changes, but we're not freezing the product during beta.
If a change affects how you use Traceback in a way that matters, email us and we'll work with you.
07
How to report issues
Found a bug? Email hello@traceback.cc with what you did, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one. We read every report and we ship fixes daily.
If something is blocking you, say so in the subject line and we'll move it to the top of the queue.
08
By using Traceback during beta
By signing in or otherwise using Traceback during the beta period, you acknowledge the items above: features are still shipping, bugs are expected, uptime and data are not guaranteed, and beta usage is non-refundable.
These beta terms sit alongside our regular Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. They don't replace them. Where they conflict for the duration of the beta, this notice controls.
