01
The agreement
These Terms govern your use of Traceback. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Traceback.
If you're accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to them.
02
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used to violate these Terms.
Accounts are for humans, not for resale or sharing. One account per person.
03
Your content stays yours
You own the test definitions, prompts, screenshots, replays, and other content you create or upload. You grant Traceback a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service for you.
We don't sell your content, and we don't train public models on it. We may use aggregated and de-identified usage data to improve the product.
04
Acceptable use
Don't use Traceback to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or test systems you don't have permission to test. Don't try to bypass our rate limits, reverse-engineer the service to compete with us, or disrupt other customers.
We're a quality-assurance tool. Treat the products and APIs you point us at the way you'd want yours treated.
05
AI-generated output
Traceback uses third-party AI models to generate test plans, summaries, and artifacts. AI output can be wrong. You're responsible for reviewing it before relying on it for production decisions.
We do not store inputs or outputs longer than needed to deliver the result and improve reliability, except where retention is required by law or by a separate agreement with you.
06
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance per seat, with usage-based credits pooled across the workspace. Credits don't roll over month-to-month unless your plan says they do. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service outages or billing errors.
You can cancel any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
07
Service availability
We work hard to keep Traceback available, but the service is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee a specific uptime unless you have a separate enterprise agreement. Maintenance windows, third-party dependencies, and beta features may interrupt availability.
We may change the service over time. We'll give reasonable notice for changes that materially reduce functionality on a paid plan.
08
Termination
You can stop using Traceback at any time. We can terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms, present a security risk, or fail to pay for a paid plan after a reasonable cure period.
When access ends, you can export your data for thirty days. After that we may delete it.
09
Limits on liability
To the extent allowed by law, Traceback is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits. Where they don't, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
10
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll let you know in the product or by email at least thirty days before it takes effect. Continued use of Traceback after a change means you accept the new Terms.
