Pricing questions.
What counts as a credit?
One agent action: a click, a form fill, a navigation, or an assertion. Each step in a test run costs one credit. A test with 12 steps = 12 credits.
Do credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. If you consistently use less than your plan allows, consider downgrading.
What happens when I hit my limit?
Runs continue and you're billed for overages at $0.05 per credit. You can set a spending cap in your account settings to prevent unexpected charges.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a trial?
The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. Starter, Pro, and Team plans include a 14-day free trial — no card needed to start.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Each seat is one user account. The credit pool is shared across all seats on the plan. A 3-seat Pro plan has 2,000 shared credits for the team.
